What does Living in Balance mean?

Balance is something we all strive for and we all want. What is very important to remember however is that balance in whatever form it takes is individual by nature.

There is no magic ‘one size fits all’ way of life. That is why in the past you may have found that the latest, ‘this diet will work’, exercise fad, mind training, positivity course, etc, has benefited you in part or worked for a while but eventually it wore off or you just went back to doing things the way you did before.

Does this sound familiar?

The great news is by actively ‘living in balance’ you will begin to unlock the tools required to get what you need, whenever you need it. The desire to to purchase every new product that is marketed at you or sold to you with the promise of success is eliminated. You will reconnect to the part of you that intrinsically knows what to do and how to do it because it’s always been there. It is the authentic you.

We are all always striving to find balance for ourselves. Our bodies with their own innate intelligence will always strive to return to homeostasis, a state of balance. Our minds find balance when they are calm, clear and we feel stable in our thoughts.

Balance for me is unique to me. And balance for you will be unique to you. I might feel on top of the world with 8 hours sleep but you may find you only need 6. You may be at a certain life stage but your children or partner are at another, we need to balance the needs of all wherever we are at.

What we do know is that we are all aiming to find the same thing: the way for us to live in the most happy, healthy comfortable and sustainable way we can.

We achieve our own Balance when:

  • We sleep well

  • We eat well

  • We have good health

  • We love well and relate to others well

  • We love and care for ourselves

Balance is found in the absence of:

  • Anxiety

  • Worry

  • Ill health or disease

  • Troubling thoughts

  • Addictive processes or unhealthy habits

  • Avoidance or denial of our own reality

Feedback

“I really liked Victoria offering an open space for people to ask questions. She shared her knowledge but it also felt like she was offered people consultations as we had group conversations. I also like the resources Victoria gave everyone.”

“Victoria, had such a calm and mild manner, what a lovely refreshing workshop - everything just made sense, lot's of really good advise, with practical tips for moving forward. Really grounding advice!”

“Really enjoyed the workshop. She wasn't trying to tell us what we should or shouldn't do rather listen to your body and go with it, as it's trying to bring you back into balance. Everyone is different. This resonated with me a lot.”

“Victoria answered many questions for me and I gained a lot from the questions asked by others in attendance. The timing of this session taking place after lunch made complete sense. I am considering consulting her on a private basis.”

“Again this was brilliant! I really felt like a lot of things 'clicked' in this for me. How the session was structured was great with lunch in the middle. Made me feel reconnected to myself and nature and left me with a want to learn more about living in balance.”

The work we do together, on retreat or in a workshop, aims to allow you to regain your balance again. To find the way that you can get what you need, not just what you want and to be happy healthy and back in the driving seat of your life.

Please contact Victoria and talk openly about working within the Living in Balance process.
